After two months of tireless preparations, two major changes to our setup and countless of hours changing and refining our menu, Shangrila Kuala Lumpur's entry for Class 23 : International Gourmet Team Challenge for Culinaire Malaysia 2007 won the Gold Medal! We beat out 8 other hotel entries to be the best. We had reservations, we had our doubts, but we stayed true to our standards of taste and straight forward menu. So it all paid off! We're gold masters! Twice for me now. I shall not bore you with more words, let the pictures speak for themselves.
